Our MF100 oil presses are machines which are able to shred / grind all slaughterhouse waste, preparing them for the secondary process of cooking and pressing.The machines are made of very thick metal sheets that are very wear-resistant.
Welded rotary knives, made of highly resistant-to-wear materials, are perfectly balanced on the rotor. These are mounted on two radial bearings with barrel rollers enclosed in cast steel supports.
Furthermore, the double line of fixed steel hammers guarantees a perfect quality grinding. Transmission is guaranteed by means of five thick trapezoid belts. Depending on the needs of the client we build models with one or two flywheels and with different types of engine.
